Flat is 15 mins walk from Sussex County Hospital directly up from the Marina. Bedroom has a large single bed (4ft wide), built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet, lamp, desk, mini-fridge and kettle. Bathroom and toilet are separate but shared. Access to kitchen and some access to living room. Council tax band C. Renter is classed as a lodger and a basic agreement will have to be signed. Lodger would be expected to keep bedroom clean and use shared areas with respect. Shared areas would be cleaned by me. Notice to leave period is one week.
