A large furnished double room for rent just off St James Street (3 mins walk)/ entrance to Queens Park/ 5 mins walk to the beach/ 10 mins walk to station.

The room has a kingsize bed (brand new memory foam mattress),, sofa, large desk, clothes rail, rall slim chest of drawers and access to your own private courtyard, which gives a sense of being a self-contained area. The room can cater someone who wants to set up their own studio or vibe in their space. There is the potential for extra storage space under my stairs if needed.

Sharing with myself - a musician with my own freelance consultancy business, so I can work random hours from home in my lounge. I have my own music studio (the opposite end of the flat from the room) and a lot of records but I also have headphones... and I can bounce from being highly social to disappearing in my room for days with Netflix lol. Outside of my music and nightlife I enjoy socialising locally, cooking, yoga and trying to do a sea swim regularly. I also have a lovely roof terrace and have been enjoying potting bulbs and working on making a little upstairs haven and plants around the flat.
