Two double rooms professional house

Hi, I work at the county hospital and my two flatmates are moving out at the end of September. I’m looking for two professionals (landlord wants full time contract in references) to move in beginning of October, but landlord wants to get checks done on flatmates asap. One of the rooms is bigger than the other but the rent is an even split between the three rooms. Bills are paid separately, but ends up being about £620/630 in total a month including council tax. I’m sociable and laid back and looking for easy going flatmates :)
