I am looking for a housemate in my spacious, clean and quiet Kemptown home. Preference for a female who works outside the home. Would be great for someone who works at the hospital or a mature student. Must be tidy, clean and respectful around the house.

£670/month with cost of bills to be paid on top of this, which is approximately £170/month combined at the moment (council tax band C, utility bills and internet). Length of stay is flexible, preferably someone who would stay for 6+ months.

Available from 1st November.

The room is a double and includes a bed, bedside table with drawers and clothing space. It is at the back of the house, which is quiet and overlooking the garden. There is space for a small desk. Shared bathroom with bath and shower (newly refurbished). Big loft space available for storage.

The house is on a lovely residential street, just below the Royal Sussex County Hospital and minutes from the Kemptown shops and beach. Plenty of bus routes and easy access to the universities.

It is fully furnished with appliances (dish washer, washer-dryer, microwave, toaster, nutri-bullet). Large back doors open into a small garden.

I am a teacher and when not in school enjoy spending time in nature, swimming and doing yoga. I am green spirited and environmentally conscious.
