The town and marina are just a twenty-minute walk away, and the beach is a 5-minute stroll or easily accessible via nearby bus routes.
There is also the option to transform the living room into a much larger bedroom if you would prefer, and move it upstairs instead.
Current bills, split between two occupants, are as follows:
Council Tax: £163
Gas & Electric: £110
Wifi: £34
A deposit will be required, which will be exchanged with my previous housemate.
Although there isn't a washing machine on-site, a laundrette is conveniently located just a 30-second walk from the property.
With my current housemate moving out, there's ample space for additional furniture and personalization. I'm open to revamping the place and adding our own flair to it if you're the right fit!
