I'm a 57 year old freelance photographer working for advertising and magazines for money (and personal art projects for the soul!). My partying days are well behind me so would like to find someone similarly friendly but relaxed and quiet.

Downstairs is the beautiful and well equipped kitchen with an antique kitchen table and fantastic views over Kemptown Village. The hallway from the kitchen goes past your lovely bedroom and the bathroom (with bath and shower) to the stairs which go up towards the front lobby, the main front door, my room (the bedrooms are on separate floors - great for privacy) and the large light filled living room which you'll find furnished with gorgeous mid century furniture, a large screen TV, beautiful art and stunning plants.
