Looking for a chilled, smart, grown-up, easy going professional person to share my beautiful Kemptown flat. Very sorry but no students (unless you are older than 20's). You'll be sharing the flat with me and my sweetheart of a big black rescue dog Jaco.
I'm a 58 year old freelance photographer working for advertising and magazines for money (and personal art projects for the soul!). My partying days are well behind me so would like to find someone similarly friendly but relaxed and quiet.
Lovely single room with built in closet and under bed storage. Fab views out of the bedroom window over the gardens downstairs towards St George's Church and Kemptown village.
Beautiful, well equipped kitchen with an antique kitchen table and fantastic views over Kemptown Village. The kitchen, your lovely bedroom and the bathroom (with bath and shower) are downstairs, my bedroom and the sitting room are upstairs.
It's a beautiful flat in a lovely friendly building in an amazing location - you'll love it here.
