Hi
I am Ella and I am looking for someone that would like to rent an en-suite double bedroom in my beautiful house in Kemptown Brighton.
Please read the below details carefully as I am initially only renting the room on a Monday-Friday basis.
So this may suit someone that works in Brighton in the week but goes home at weekends.
For the initial few months the rent will be discounted to £850 a month to reflect you not being in the property at weekends. However during the weekends you are welcome to leave all personal belongs in the house.
I am away in London Monday - Friday so the house will be empty and completely your own.
I also have a yoga room which I would be happy to discuss the tenant using as a work space on a Monday - Friday basis while living in the property. This space would make a wonderful office space or beauty treatment room for someone that normally works from home.
Then -
Sometime in the summer I will be moving out from permanently living there (no confirmed date yet), as I am moving in with my partner who lives in Eastbourne.
At this point the rental contract will change from Monday - Friday to full time rental. And then all bills will increase to £1300 per month.
Once I have moved out of the property in the summer you will have the entire house to yourself on a full monthly basis to reflect the increase in rent.
*However I may want to come back from time to time for the odd night or to collect things etc. But this will be on the very rare occasion and again reflects the rent being much less than many private rentals of similar properties.
It’s a clean, bright, tidy home and you will be welcome to enjoy and use the full house including the living room, yoga room, kitchen and dining room and the beautiful outside courtyard.
It’s positioned on a quiet road, minutes from the sea, the marina and kemptown Village. It’s also located next to fantastic bus links to central Brighton and the station.
The bedroom I rent is a double room with private en-suite.
To clarify,
To start I am looking for £850 a month and that’s all bills included. This includes, Heating, Wi-Fi, council tax and a regular house cleaning. That’s Monday - Friday.
That will increase to £1300 a month when I have moved out. Date TBC. At this point you are welcome to break contract and leave if full time rental doesn’t suit you.
I would only be interested in renting to someone professional, clean, tidy and respectful of my beautiful home and space.
I’m super friendly and easy going and looking to find someone that enjoys living in and using the space as much as me.
I am happy to have someone that works from home which could work well for them as it’s a very quiet house as empty all weekdays.
The house is fully furnished and a bed can be left from my previous room mate if so desired.
I am sorry but strictly no pets allowed.
