Friendly Kemptown Pad

Hello!

Room to let in a lovely ground floor Kemptown apartment with high ceilings, and a view of the sea from the front door. It’s just at the top of Saint James Street, so lots of pubs and bars nearby but far enough away from the main drag that it’s relatively peaceful.

The room itself is 815 before bills, which come to an additional 70/80 on top atm. The room is offered unfurnished, though there is a good sized wardrobe and a single bed in there at the moment, either/both available if you want it.

I’m 34, queer, white, and Jewish. Been in Brighton a few years so relatively settled at this point, and got lots of pals in the city. I'm a psychotherapist workingmostly with queer clients, which keeps me relatively busy in the week, but outside of that I really like to leave work behind, and just relax and enjoy the city, whatever silly little hobby I have on the go, and hanging out with pals.

Flatmate wise I’m looking for someone who is easy going, communicative, and has their life reasonably together. I don’t need to be best mates, but prefer someone who’s a bit sociable and up for a chinwag, movie nights, or a glass of wine every now and then. It’s currently a queer house, and I would prefer an lgbt flatmate if possible, but I'm open to living with anyone as long as they are chill and respectful, and generally try to make a home that is a safe space.
