**About Me:**

I’m a professional who enjoys good conversations in the evening but also respects privacy. I have a small pug named Teddy, who is incredibly gentle. Please note that you must like dogs, and no other pets are allowed due to Teddy being wary of them.

**What I’m Looking For:**

I am seeking a female lodger who works full-time and appreciates a clean and tidy home. We should both keep the shared areas clean.

- Furnished with: Double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table, small wardrobe, and lamp

**Additional Information:**

I am currently seeking work due to redundancy. However I do use the living room as my workspace during the day, so I ask that the lodger keeps noise to a minimum. The living room is not included as part of the living space.

**Rent Details:**

- All bills included (including broadband and council tax)
- Minimum one month's notice required from both parties if needed
- Looking for a commitment of at least 3 months, transitioning to a rolling monthly basis afterward

The flat is available ASAP, as the current lodger will be moving out on December 8th.
