Double room in Kemptown town house

Hello! Looking for someone to rent my bedroom whilst I’m away for a few months. The room is a spacious double with tall ceilings. It will be furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, fitted clothes rail/shelf, desk, and arm chair.
The house is a stones throw from St James’s Street and Kemptown beach. Over three floors there are three double rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. We have a patio garden area outback and a sunroom which gets loads of light.

You'll be living with the owners, Owen and PJ and our friend Ali. They're a really friendly and chilled bunch who you'll no doubt feel at home with straight away.

PJ and Owen run a restaurant on the seafront so are out a lot and Ali works from home a couple of days a week. The house is very communal but we're also aware of each others' space.

Ideally, this room would be filled from end of September/start of October 2025 until June 2026 but there can be flexibility there (eg would consider someone for October & November only). Any questions don’t hesitate to ask!
