Double Room in Brighton, Kemptown

I am looking for an independent, clean and tidy housemate for a double room in my lovely three bedroom terrace house in Kemptown. The location is excellent; a short walk into central Brighton and to the seafront. There are good bus links and it is a 15 minute walk to the station.

I am looking for a short-term let between 1 - 4 months.

The double room is spacious and is furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and shelves. The house is double-glazed throughout with gas central heating.

The house has a lounge/dining area, a well equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. There is a small patio garden with views to the sea. The bills included are water, gas, electricity and broadband WI-FI.

About me - I am work in the education sector and often work from home. I am friendly and sociable, but also enjoy personal quiet time.
