1 double room available, partly furnished in a lovely little flat in the residential part of Kemptown. Just minutes from the sea front and 20 minutes from town, it's the ideal location.

The flat includes:

- Fridge freezer
-Washing Machine

- Garden (Access is through one of the rooms)

There is on street parking available however a permit is needed. The flat is right by a bus stop for the 2 and a five minute walk from the 1,1A,7,21 route.

Current housemates - Freya, Phil and Charlie. All creative and super-inclusive people. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Ideally looking for a housemate that is kind, sociable and easy going.

The letting agency will require references and payslips to be submitted.

The new tenancy will begin on the 12/07/24. But the current housemate is moving out 3/4 of June so can move in earlier if needed :)
