I have lived in this property for 6 years but I will be moving away for a year for work. I will be using my small spare bedroom for storage. I will occasionally require access to this.

I am ideally looking for a couple or single person who wishes to rent the property for 6 months, with a possibility to extend. This is not a party house and am hoping to entrust it to people who will look after it as a home.
