Lovely room in shared flat Kemptown beach

Hello! I am temporarily relocating and looking to rent my room for the summer, which is located 2min from the seafront. The room will be available from June 28th to September 8th.
Located on Kemptown Village, perfect for summer, especially to access the quieter side of the Brighton Beach.

We are currently two international PhD students at the University of Sussex—from France, and Italy— and one full time worker from England. We are also friends who value friendly, caring, sharing living environment. We love cooking for each other, sharing the social space of the apartment, and are generally open to all kind of activities. We cherish our family-like atmosphere but also respect personal and working space. We tend to work both from home and from the University, and also travel a lot, so the house is generally a good balance between dynamic but also calm environment. Although for this summer, we will be away for most of the time.
We are vegetarian / flexitarian, but are open to every diet.

The room for this add is a bit tiny, but has all space needed for one person (two a bit compact, but largely feasible).
The house is perfectly suited especially for people that like spending time in the social space of the apartment, which comes equipped with two desks, chairs, and monitors, perfect for those who appreciate working in a social space.
The neighbourhood is very lovely, and super close to local shops.

Gas, electricity, water and internet bills are included. Deposit works as last week of payment :)

My other housemate will also be renting her room which is medium size and has an en-suite bathroom. Possibility to contact us to book both (eg perfect for families).
