Double Room in student house Kemptown.

I am looking for a student to take over my contract from May until August. You can continue the contract on from then but need to discuss this with managing agents.
It’s a double room at the top of a large terraced house right by the beach and Kemptown.
Really nice people, great location. Was redecorated etc before tenancy started.
Bills managed by Unihomes so additional cost. Includes internet etc.
Room has Double bed, chest of drawers, table and walk in wardrobe just outside room.

Management company look after house on behalf of landlord.
Happy to chat about place etc.
Please note I will be making up the difference per month because need room rented asap so actual rent is £693 and deposit will be £799
