The Space Looking for a peaceful place to call home? I have a lovely, well-insulated, and warm room available in a quiet flat. The room features a super-comfy new memory foam mattress, and I’m happy to provide fresh bedding and towels to help you get settled.

The Household & Lifestyle You’ll be sharing with a creative, kind, and easy-going gentleman. I work from home and lead a healthy, substance-free lifestyle. I value a clear mind and a positive vision for life, and I’m looking for a like-minded housemate.

Work/Life Balance: Since I work from home, this space is best suited for someone who works out of the house during the day.

The Wi-Fi: While not a formal part of the rental agreement, you are welcome to use the Wi-Fi free of charge. Please note it is active between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm and is turned off overnight.

Dining: I enjoy a healthy diet (mostly fish, veg, and meat twice a week). I’m very happy to share the occasional meal or simply "do our own thing"—whatever feels natural! Everyone is welcome, provided you’re comfortable with my dietary habits.

Must Love Cats: You’ll be sharing the space with a very chilled and friendly 12-year-old lady cat, so being a cat lover is a must!

About You I generally prefer housemates over the age of 30, but I am open to anyone who considers themselves emotionally mature, grounded, and respectful of a quiet home environment.
