Fully furnished with a small double bed (new quality mattress), 3‑seater sofa, TV with Netflix, chest of drawers, clothes rail and optional desk. The room is very large and has its own living area incorporated in the room.

Located in a safe, secure area with 24‑hour security, moments from the harbour and Black Rock beach. Undercliff path ideal for swimming, cycling and walking. Asda, cafés, restaurants, cinema and bowling are a 5‑minute walk.

Buses every 10 minutes into town. Kemptown is a 20‑minute walk. Sea Lanes is a lovely seafront walk (20 mins) and from there it’s only another 20 minutes into the town centre.

Shared kitchen (your own fridge/freezer), clean bathroom, gas central heating throughout. No shared living room, however the bedroom is extremely spacious with its own lounge area and private patio.

Sharing with one friendly, respectful professional female, sociable and also mindful of one's privacy - works 9 to 5 out of the flat during the day time.
