Located at Brighton Marina, peaceful, safe & secure with 24 hour security well kept location.

Right by the harbour & Black Rock beach - the undercliff for swimming/cycling/walking few minutes walk away.

Shops, cafes restaurants, Asda supermarket, Cinema, Bowling alley, 5 minute walk away.

Buses into town every 10 minutes, and to other parts of Brighton.

Vibrant Kemptown area with an abundance of cafes ,flea markets, vintage fashion only a 20 minute walk away.

20 minute walk along the sea -front to Sea lanes -outdoor swimming pool - gym- yoga studio and cafes, 10 minutes further along into the town centre.

Shared clean, tidy facilities include, fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine etc. 2 separate fridges, you will have your own fridge/freezer for personal usage.

Please note there is no shared living room, however the bedroom for rent is very large with it's own living space incorporated within the room, and has a lovely private patio area as seen in the pictures.
