Lovely large comfortable bright room for rent available for 2 or 3 months. Private patio for your own exclusive use and secure parking space if required.

Room for rent includes a small double bed with quality matress, 3 seater sofa, TV with Netflix etc, chest of drawers, rail for clothes & table and chair. Doors opening onto a lovely private patio area for your own use with garden furniture / afternoon and evening sun.

Located at Brighton Marina, peaceful, safe, secure well kept location.

Beach and harbour a few minutes walk away.

Shops, cafes restaurants, Asda supermarket, Cinema, Bowling alley, 5 minute walk away.

Buses into town every 10 minutes, and to other parts of Brighton.

Kemptown a short walk away.

Shared clean tidy facilities include, fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine etc. 2 seperate fridges, you will have your own new fridge/freezer for personal usage.

Bathroom with bath and over head shower, plenty of hot water throughout the day. GAS CENTRAL HEATING. THE FLAT IS NICE AND WARM.

Sharing with one other friendly professional male mid 30's very easy going, enjoys a chat in the kitchen whilst cooking, also quiet, respectful and polite - mindful of one's privacy, really clean and tidy, works full time in Brighton - only stays 4 nights at the flat from Sunday evening through to Thursday early morning. The rest of the time you get the place to yourself. 

Please note there is no shared living room, however the bedroom for rent is very large with it's own living space incorporated within the room, and has a lovely private patio area as seen in the pictures.
