Fully furnished with a small double bed (new quality mattress), 3‑seater sofa, TV with Netflix, chest of drawers, clothes rail and optional desk. The room is very large and has its own living area incorporated in the room.

Located in a safe, secure area with 24‑hour security, moments from the harbour and Black Rock beach. Undercliff path ideal for swimming, cycling and walking. Asda, cafés restaurants, cinema and bowling are a 5‑minute walk.

Buses every 10 minutes into town and other parts of Brighton. Kemptown is a 20‑minute walk. Sea Lanes - outdoor pool, gym, yoga studio & cafe's - is a lovely seafront walk (20 mins) and from there it’s only another (20) minutes into the town centre.

Shared facilities include - kitchen (your own fridge/freezer), clean bathroom with full bath and overhead shower, plenty of hot water throughout the day -gas central heating throughout.

There's No shared living room, however the bedroom is extremely spacious with its own lounge area (sofa ,coffee table, TV etc) and doors leading to a lovely private patio.
