Quiet Central Ensuite Room

Very central but quiet flat opposite the pavilion and near all bus and train routes. Live in landlady and daughter ( although daughter moving out in May). shared living room and kitchen and small patio garden - off street parking available for an extra charge.
all bills included and fortnightly cleaner for communal spaces.
looking for a mature person who enjoys some shared meals and socialising but also enjoys and respects their own space.
possibly open to really friendly welll behaved dog..
short terms possible - as can only commit to one year of rental at the moment
not vegetarian but tend to eat a lot of veggie/veagn food
yoga friendly
and can't think what else to write
photos show room at present but looks much nicer when clearer of current clutter and spruced up a bit
