I am looking for a new flatmate to take over the room of my current one who is unfortunately moving out. Our apartment is located in a really central location off St. James’ St with easy access to public transportation, shops, restaurants and local amenities.

About the Room and the Space:
* Spacious and well-lit room available for rent (with space for a double bed)
* Bedroom unfurnished
* The rest of the flat is fully furnished with a homey and cosy atmosphere
* Shared bathroom and common areas including a kitchen and living room with TV.

About You:
* A mature student, preferably in an older year of university, who values a quiet and conducive environment for studying
* Extremely clean and organised with a commitment to maintaining shared spaces
* Respectful of others' privacy and belongings
* Non-smoker preferred

About Me:
* 24yo female from Argentina and Denmark studying my final year of medicine
* I enjoy peaceful hobbies such as yoga, ceramics and art and you will find a lot of my pieces decorating the apartment
* I don’t drink or go out much and I am a non-smoker.
* I am a friendly and considerate individual who enjoys maintaining a harmonious living environment
* We respect each other's space while also enjoying occasional chats and gatherings

Additional Information:
* Available from August 25th, 2024, for a 12-month contract
* Prospective tenant must be able to provide a UK homeowner guarantor

Rent:
* Rent: 712.5pcm excluding bills
