Our flatmate Bianka is leaving early to mid May so we're looking for a replacement housemate to take on the current tenancy which runs through to the end of September 2024, with the possibility then to extend. One double bedroom in a delightful semi-detached 3-bedroom house in the city center with a large private garden has become available. House-share with mature professionals only. The monthly rent is £626, excluding bills.

Fully fitted Kitchen with a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, gas hobs, and central heating. The bathroom is shared and is fitted with a shower plus a Victorian bathtub. The room is unfurnished .

The applicant must be able to pay the first month's rent on or before the first date of tenancy plus 5 weeks' rent as the deposit.
