Our flatmate Jack has left so we're looking for a replacement housemate. The official start of tenancy would be 1st November. However, there may be the possibility for the new tenant to start moving in sooner as Jack has already left. One double bedroom in a delightful semi-detached 3-bedroom house in the city centre with a large private garden. House-share with mature professionals only. The monthly rent is £668 excluding bills. Bills including council tax, gas, electric, water and WiFi are usually £110-£130

Spacious front room. The bedroom is unfurnished but has a wardrobe and built in cupboard. The bed might also be included for £100. Fantastic transport links with bus stops for 1, 2, 7, 14C & 23 only a minute away. Calm, quiet household.
