A good sized double bedroom has become available in a shared flat. Situated in a beautiful and spacious ground floor flat the seafront. Only a stone’s throw from the beach in the heart of Kemptown. The bedroom comes furnished with lots of space and storage. You share a newly painted bathroom with only one other person.

This is short term let of 7 MONTHS as I am going travelling until January 2025.

This flat’s location is wonderful and close to amenities such as shops, supermarkets, cafes, transport, gym and Royal Sussex County Hospital.

Flat has open plan living/dining area which is also large and light and has a sea view. It is attached to a sizeable kitchen with all white goods including a dishwasher.

There is a communal front garden space which is well maintained, perfect for chilling in the sun or reading a book. Especially perfect for the summer months.

Bills are not included in the price. Council tax is £41.25 each per tenant per month. Other bills (energy, wifi, tv license, water) amount to roughly £60/£70 each per month, so £100-£110 total.

Existing flatmates are aged 27 to 35. We enjoy each other’s company but also respectful of space and happy to hang out separately.

This is a communally minded house. We are ideally looking for people who keep shared spaces clean and tidy. Everyone chips in with cleaning to make this a nice place for everyone to live, and also chips in with household cleaning items. We are social but not a party house. Kind, considerate and friendly household. We’re all liberal so people from all backgrounds are welcome. Someone with similar mindset would be ideal.

Smokers are welcome but smoking is strictly only outdoors.
