Lovely room available in Kemptown w/ garden

Hello! I'm Jenna and have lived here for the last 2.5 years. Sadly my housemate is leaving Brighton, so I'm looking for an equally great pal to join me.

It's a lovely house with all your amenities close by. There's a nice garden/patio area that gets lots of sunlight. And the added joys of a BBQ and fire pit! The glass doors in the lounge also open the whole way so you create one mega room for hosting.

The house came unfurnished so I made it all lovely (all furniture you see in the pics is mine), and as you can see, I have created somewhat of a rainforest (hopefully you accept my green leafy children as your own).

Your room comes unfurnished, it is basically a blank canvas, so feel free to paint yourself a pretty little picture in there. It comes with a built-in wardrobe, so you only really need a bed.

Bathroom has a bath, and there's also a toilet downstairs.

I work from home every day in my lovely little bedroom office, so the rest of the house is free to use while I work. I occasionally go into London for work in the week, and also spend a fair bit of time out the house. I do have a canine friend who visits sometimes so hopefully you aren't allergic/hate cute things.

I work in design/film making, and also make jewellery in my workstation in my room (you'd be surprised how much I've managed to fit in here!).

The neighbours are sound (if you don't cause too much of a rukkus). So if you're expecting a party house, this isn't for you. Don't get me wrong, I have caused many a rukkus in my time, but I try to keep this house relatively chilled.

I would love more than just someone who lives here, so if you're interested in making a new pal, it would be great to meet you and I'm sure we'll get on splendidly. Feel free to ask any questions. £750 for the room and bills are about £150 on top depending on gas & electric usage.

Comes with super fast broadband (£25 each a month).

Council tax is band C.
