£700 per calendar month with a £700 deposit is required. References are essential. We are looking for someone who likes living in a quiet house, clean & tidy & respectful of my other tenants.
There is a launderette 2 mins walk from the property. The room has the added luxury of a brand new double bed.
Strictly no couples or pets.
Please note; the studio is at the top of the house so if you have mobility issues this wouldn’t work for you.
