• 4 bedroom House – it is quiet old fashioned
• The room available – small double room with a double bed, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers.
• Shared bathroom with bath and overhead shower
• There is separate office for working from home if needed.
• WIFI included
• Parking
• Once a week cleaner for communal rooms.
• Bicycle storage
• There are no pets at the home – sorry pets are not welcome.

🛌THE IDEAL COMPANION:
The retired man in his early 80s is looking for a lady lodger or a couple over 25 years. It is ideal that the lodger can assist 10-15 hours a week with company, some meal preparation 3-4 times a week and adhoc errands. This will suit someone working from home or someone working from an office. The retired man is very articulate and has diverse interests in theatre, poetry, music, he enjoys likes black and white films, quiz shows, the news and current affairs. He has no cognitive or memory issues.

✔️ALL BILLS INCLUDED:
-£170 per month for an individual
(All rent, bills, council tax and Share My Home subscription are included in these amounts). There are no other costs. This is a fixed cost and does not increase. Please note this is an ongoing subscription which ends when you move out.
