2 housemates and a cat!

Our lovely long term housemate is moving out with her partner, so!

We’re 2 housemates and a cat looking for another lovely person to join them- 31st July.

About the house and room available:

3 bed house on 2 floors, with a garden. Decent sized living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath.

We share all the kitchen equipment and although the house doesn’t come with white goods, these are in place. Garden is decked and low maintenance with table and chairs, we attempt to grow a few things and its a lovely sun trap to chill in when it's sunny.

The room will come unfurnished, but as seen in the photos there is space for a double bed, desk, drawers, and wardrobe. Its a really quiet room protected from most of the outside noise.

There is a small amount of storage space around the house that is shared between everyone.

We currently share the cost of shared household items including wifi, laundry stuff, kitchen basics, toilet roll etc and compost collection which works well.
^This gets included in the bills+council tax amount we pay out a shared account each month.

About the housemates and what they are looking for :

We’re both females in our 30s, one of us occasionally works from home and the other works away and is in the house about 1/3 of the time, so the house feels fairly roomy. One of us works shifts and so will sleep during the day sometimes. We’re sociable but pretty calm, so looking for someone who that sounds good to. As we already have a cat we can’t accommodate any other pets, or our nervous one would be stressed out, sorry!

About the area:

We are in Kemptown, roughly a 5 minute walk from the hospital. We are on a quiet and friendly street behind Brighton College. A 10 minute walk to the sea. 30 minute walk to the station. A 5 minute walk to the number 2, 7 and 1 bus routes. Parking zone H. Bike hangars at the end of the road.
