A spacious, comfortable, furnished double room is available in a well-kept 3-bedroom house, close to the Royal Sussex Hospital, Brighton Marina, the beach, and East Brighton Park. There is free parking in the rd and has good transport links.

The house has two reception rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and two toilets, a private garden, garage, storage space, and fast Wi-Fi. All bills are included.

You’d be sharing with just one other—me. I’m looking for a clean, considerate professional who values a calm, respectful and tidy living environment. Someone who’s friendly and independent, values autonomy, takes care of their own space, and is happy to share household responsibilities for communal areas (bathroom/kitchen/living room/ hallways and stairs). If you like a spot of gardening that would be delightful.
