The room is only available for short term (1 month) as the regular tenant is away, so ideal for someone who needs a stop-gap or is looking for a short term stay.

The flat is a 3 min walk from the Royal Sussex County Hospital, 5 min walk to the beach.

Excellent links to buses and has pay by phone parking outside.

The room comes furnished with a Double bed, desk, club chair, shelving, closet, linen, towels, TV etc. It gets the most beautiful sunlight in the morning. (please note: bed is same size and mattress is new but frame is different from pic).

Household appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer. There is a new, freshly painted shared bathroom with bath and power shower and a lovely, bright kitchen.

The property is very well located with plenty of pubs and cafes within a short distance. There is a local off-licence just around the corner and a Co-op / Lidl approximately a 5 min walk away. It is an extremely friendly block and we all respect each other.

A little about me: I am a 48-year-old writer and teacher. My working hours vary and I am sometimes at home during the day.

I’m looking for a quiet, friendly, considerate flatmate. No smokers or party animals.

I have a lovely rescue dog called Pimms. She loves people and goes everywhere with me so she’ll never be left in the flat on her own.
