Description

Hello!
I am moving into this lovely flat in Sussex square, 2nd floor (no disabled access unfortunately)
It's bright and well looked after, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
IMPORTANT: I am responsible for finding a tenant but the landlady requires references, she will not take students of any kind, you must be earning £25,000 salary or above. Sorry no WFH.

A deposit of £950 is required if you are approved, as well as one month of rent in advance.

Please let me know a bit about yourself! Your job, interests etc!

BILLS: These are not included in the rent. Based on my current experience, per person each month we would pay £40 for energy (the property is electric only), £12 for wifi, £10 for water, council tax is band C which is around £86 each a month
(Furniture in photos not included, property of current tenants)
It's not furnished BUT I have all kitchen goods (kettle, toaster, mugs) some living room furniture (armchair, shelf, TV), bedroom furniture, and bathroom storage to bring with me. There is loads of built in storage in the property, and I am happy for you to have personal storage in the living room
The room is a double, it's hard to photograph but there is currently also a desk and wardrobe behind the door! View out to Sussex Gardens which we have a key to

Ideal flatmate: kind, funny, peaceful, working professional (ideally no one that works from home but open if it's not every day!)
About me: I am a quiet tenant, I love little trinkets and art, it's really important that where I live is homely so if you'd like to live somewhere homely then that's perfect :-) I am a biomedical scientist and work a mixture of shift types, so sometimes need to sleep during the day. My hobbies are drawing, sitting in cafes, and stroking random cats in the street
If you also work in healthcare then it would be ideal - 5-10 minute walk to RSCH where there are also direct bus links to the Princess Royal Hospital
Of course please do message if you work in different industries!
LGBT+ household, I would prefer a woman for a flatmate, but as long as we get on well then that's all I care about
I spend a lot of my time in my room recharging so if you enjoy your own space too then that would be great. I am sociable and would love my home to be a place your friends and family are welcome, and mine too!
