Hi guys, I’m moving in with my partner and advertising for a lovely little room in Kemptown!!

Notes on the £ 💸

Please note that for SpareRoom to accept the ad they needed us to align the rent with the deposit! We split the total rent based on room size to make it fair, but we split the deposit equally (also to make it fair!) please see below:

The rent for the room is actually only £580 + bills

The deposit is £711.53 total

Fully furnished including single bed, chest of drawers, shelving unit. There’s a single bed in there currently included but you could put a small double in there if you moved the drawers!

Spacious living room with gorgeous L shaped sofa and big windows, cosy kitchen with washer dryer, large fridge, etc.

Current tenants are my two good friends, one living on the bottom floor and one living on the top floor next to the advertised room & the bathroom. There is also a large storage cupboard on this floor you can utilise for some extra space!

They’re both working professionals, one working in law and one working in recruitment. Both enjoy socialising but also respect each other’s space and enjoy solo wind down time too. If you’re interested ping me a message :)
