Heya, as my flatmate is moving out this October I am looking for someone to renew the flats tenancy with. The new tenancy would start on Oct 25th.

This is a two bed flat within a 2minute walk of the beach and 10minutes from town centre. We are on the 2nd floor so not ideal for someone with mobility issues.

The flat is currently 'fully' furnished by myself. I am looking for someone to move into either the larger or smaller room, as I will happily take both. The smaller room does come unfurnished, though for the larger room I can provide the bed frame and wardrobe, so the only essential you would need is a mattress.

Bonus is the rooms are not attached too, so plenty of privacy!

If your a smoker that's not a problem, but no smoking in the flat.

Price includes all bills, but is dependent on electricity usage. Rent is £625 for the smaller room (£700 for the larger) and bills usually av. at £150pcm each. (Council tax band B).
The deposit is a months rent, so £764.50ea.

We are based right on the edge of resident zone H, so for parking, this is the closest you can be to town without having to join a waiting list!

I work during the week and every other weekend meaning you get plenty of free flat time too :) I'm pretty relaxed and enjoy hanging out in the living room watching a movie of the evening. I do enjoy a clean flat but I am not a tidy tyrant, so you never have to feel like you can't leave a spoon out. I don't bring large groups of friends over but may have one or two friends around on the odd occasion. You are obviously more than welcome to too, as long as we both respect the others space.
