Our flatmate is sadly moving out to live with her boyfriend so we are looking for a replacement tenant! The current housemates are an engineer, audiologist, and an artist. We all enjoy socialising and going out or to the beach, or watching tv at home. We also respect each other’s privacy and alone time. We are all clean and tidy and look after the home so are looking for someone like-minded. The house has a south facing sun-terrace, two toilets and one shower. The available bedroom is furnished with plenty of space and storage. The house has high ceilings and large windows making it nice and bright, and is only a two minute walk from the beach! It’s an 11-month tenancy. BILLS INCLUDED: WIFI, WATER, TV LICENCE. With other bills it’s about £770-£780 a month
