This is an unfurnished room to rent in a lovely flat in the heart of Kemptown. With a sea view and a two minute walk to the beach, this flat is surrounded by local pubs, restaurants and community spaces. Willow has just finished university and is currently working in a pub. They are kind, chill, love a night in or an evening at the pub, and enjoy an adventure.
I am leaving to go travelling so am looking for someone to replace me who is mature-minded, can respect this space, is clean, and gets on with the other flat member. This is a queer household and we would like it to remain so.
Bills are cheap and usually come to £50-60 pp per month (including WiFi).
Please expect all potential applicants to have a drink (can be non-alcoholic!) with us as it is very important to us that we find someone who fits the space!
