Beautiful house with a room which could be used as a work space.

Hello I’m Ella and I am looking for someone that would like to rent my 3 bedroom house in Kemptown Brighton.

This is a private rental so nobody else will be permanantly living in the house.

It’s a 4 story house with a large kitchen / dining area, living room and 2 bathrooms. It’s also has a beautiful and private courtyard garden.

I also have a yoga room which I would be happy to discuss the tenant using as a work space while living in the property. This space would make a wonderful office, beauty treatment room or client meeting space for someone that normally works from home. Alternatively this could be used as a 3rd bedroom.

It’s a clean, bright, tidy home and positioned on a quiet road, minutes from the sea, brighton marina and kemptown Village.

It’s situated moments from Lidl and other local shops. There is lots of free parking a couple of minutes walk away and on street parking for permit zone H. I can nearly always park on the road (which is rare for Brighton).

It’s located next to fantastic bus links to central Brighton and the train station. It’s a 4 minute walk to the ocean front and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful South Downs (perfect of running if that’s your thing).

One of the bedrooms is a double room with shower en-suite.

I would only be interested in renting to someone professional, clean, tidy and respectful of my beautiful home and space.

I’m super friendly and easy going and looking to find someone that enjoys living in and using the space as much as I have.

The house comes fully furnished.

I am sorry but strictly no pets allowed.

Couples or single occupancy welcome. I would also be open to a small family renting the house.

I am looking for £2400 a month and that’s ALL bills included. This INCLUDES WiFi, council tax and ALL house hold bills.

***Please Note
I have another room in the property which remains locked with all my personal belongings in. I occasionally come back on the VERY rare occasion to collect items that I store in my bedroom. Or I may want to come back for the rare night if I’m working in Brighton. This will be on the very rare occasion and I would always communicate this with the tennant and never arrive unannounced.
So it would need to be someone that feels happy and comfortable with this set up and the contract being on a ‘lodger’ agreement.
