We have a double room available in our friendly houseshare from the start of October.
The room is bright and decently sized, with a good amount of storage space. It comes unfurnished but our flatmate would be happy to sell you the bed (mattress is super comfy).
The house itself is super spacious, with a big living and dining room space, and a cute garden where we have been known to grow veggies.
You'd be moving in with 3 other lovely people, 2 guys and a girl aged between 24 and 32. The vibe of the house is chilled and friendly. We sometimes have game/film/pub nights, but we're also all independent and respectful of each others space.
The location of the house is great, a 10 minute walk from the sea, towns centre, Queens Park and Lidl.
Room available from 1st October.
Rent is currently £500 a month, and bills usually come to approx another £100 each month.
