We’re looking for a someone to join us in a refurbished bungalow near Kemp Town.

The room is bright and comfortable with plenty of space and a king size bed. There is lots of free parking right outside in a quiet neighbourhood.

All bills are included.

Located in easy reach of everywhere you would like to get to. It’s very close to Brighton Marina, 4 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk.

Buses into the city centre run regularly & the bus stop is at the end of the road so only a minutes walk away.

The room comes with:

- Double wardrobe
- Chest of drawers and smaller set of drawers
- Bedside tables
- Lamps
- A wall mounted TV
- Own fridge in kitchen & access to freezer

There is a shared modern bathroom with a powerful shower directly opposite the bedroom for easy access. The whole house and garden has been renovated.

Outside in the garden is a patio with loungers, table, chairs & grass area.
The city centre is a 10 minute drive, a 20 minute bus or a 45 minute walk.


A convenience store is a 4 minute walk away.


It’s a 6 minute drive to Royal Sussex County Hospital and there is also a bus that goes there.

There are some lovely countryside walks and stunning views across Brighton & the sea within a 1 minute walk from our front door.

I live in the property with my partner & 2 small dogs who are friendly but will not disturb you.

We’re both really easy going people who work full time. I work in HR and Luke is a plasterer. We usually unwind quietly in the evenings with the dogs and value a peaceful, relaxed home environment. That said, we’re also up for a catch up and occasional glass of wine! We want you to feel really comfortable here.

We’re both active and enjoy regularly going to the gym, playing sports, dog walks, dining out and holidays.

The perfect fit for us would be someone who values a peaceful, easy going home where there’s room for both quiet downtime and a friendly chat when it suits.

I work from home part time, therefore this would suit someone who does not also work remotely.
