Located in easy reach of everywhere you would like to get to. It’s very close to Brighton Marina, 4 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk.

The city centre is a 12 minute drive, a 20 minute bus or a 45 minute walk.

Buses into the city centre run every 7 minutes & the bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away. An Uber costs around £8. There is also a bus that goes to Brighton train station. A convenience store is a 5 minute walk away & sells food & drink at a very reasonable price.

Kemptown is only a 15 minute walk away and is full off lovely cafes, pubs & shops.

It’s a 6 minute drive to Royal Sussex County Hospital.

There are some lovely countryside walks and stunning views across Brighton & the sea within a 1 minute walk from our front door.

I live in the property with my partner, Luke & 2 small dogs who are friendly but will not disturb you.

Looking for a clean working professional. We both work full time. We live busy life’s and therefore when at home, we like to relax and unwind in our own space. That is not to say we are not friendly, but our work is full on and involves lots of talking so we look forward to be able to switch off when at home. We would like to share with a likeminded person who is also friendly but likes to come back to a peaceful environment and not feel like they need to engage in lots of conversation.

I work from home part time, therefore this would suit someone who does not also work from home.
