We’re looking for a considerate, tidy person to join our calm home in a refurbished bungalow near Kemp Town. The room is bright and comfortable with:

- King size bed
- Double wardrobe
- Chest of drawers and small set of drawers
- Bedside tables
- Lamps
- A wall mounted TV
- Own fridge in kitchen

There is plenty of free parking right outside in a quiet neighbourhood.

All bills are included.

There is a shared modern bathroom with a powerful shower. The whole house and garden has been renovated.

Outside in the garden is a patio with loungers, table, chairs & grass area.

Located in easy reach of everywhere you would like to get to. It’s very close to Brighton Marina, 4 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk.

The city centre is a 10 minute drive, a 20 minute bus or a 45 minute walk.

Buses into the city centre run every 7 minutes & the bus stop is only a 4 minute walk away. An Uber costs around £8. There is also a bus that goes to Brighton train station. A convenience store is a 4 minute walk away & sells food & drink at a very reasonable price.

Kemptown is a 15 minute walk away and is full off lovely cafes, pubs & shops.

It’s a 6 minute drive to Royal Sussex County Hospital and there is also a bus that goes there.

There are some lovely countryside walks and stunning views across Brighton & the sea within a 1 minute walk from our front door.

I live in the property with my partner & 2 small dogs who are friendly but will not disturb you.

We’re friendly, easy going people who both work in demanding jobs. While we love a good chat, we usually unwind quietly in the evenings and value a peaceful, relaxed home environment. That said, we’re also up for the occasional glass of wine and catch up on a weekend evening.

We’re both active and enjoy regularly going to the gym, playing sports, dog walks, dining out and holidays.

The perfect fit for us would be someone who values a peaceful, easy going home where there’s room for both quiet downtime and a friendly chat when it suits.

I work from home part time, therefore this would suit someone who does not also work remotely.
