Double Kemptown Room

I have a room going from early December (can be very flexible, if mid November is needed).

Located in Kemptown, 2 mins away from Royal Sussex and approx 5 mins away from kemptown beach. Approx 15 min walk away from Lidl but close to local convenience stores, cafes ect.

Double bed room, £542 rent pcm - Bills £113 - £120 pcm.

Would be living with 2 working professional women in their late 20s.

The current flatmates are lovely social people who enjoy being out and about but also enjoy thier own chill out time.

We would be looking for someone that fits this vibe.

As an fyi there is no smoking in the house or mid-week parties / afters.

The house has several sets of stairs, 1 bathroom with separate toilet room, living room and kitchen area.
