One room available for a student in a spacious Maisonette with a balcony terrace.
The room comes with a double bed, desk and a built in storage space.
Situated in lovely little kemptown a few minutes walk to the sea with amazing small quirky shops close by.
I'm a music student studying at waterbear, and so is one of the other tenants. So if you want to live with creatives this would be a good place for you.
The house has just been entirely refurbished with new furnishings, brand new. We don't have photos of the room at the moment.
