Single room available for 1 month

Hi. I am subletting my room for a month from the 8/11 to 8/12.

The house is in a really nice location in Kemptown, close to the beach, hospital, bus stop and supermarkets.
The house has a nice living room with tv and fire place perfect for a cozy evening. The kitchen has everything you’ll need if you enjoy cooking. We also have a lovely garden and veg patch. There is parking space if needed.

The room is a single with a small double bed and has a big storage unit for clothing.

You’ll be sharing the space with two other people in their 30s, both professionals, working from home most of the time.

Someone respectfull, independent, tidy, easy going would be a good fit.
