I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1st November 2024, in a cosy house on st James st. Location is great, couple minute walk from the sea, 10 minute walk Into town, close to food shops. The room is peaceful and bright with a north and south facing window.
Everyone in the house is super lovely, I work from home and so am moving to a place that better accommodates this. House isn’t super busy as everyone works a lot, but everyone’s up for hanging out and socialising.
