I'm Bea, I'm 25, and I've been living in this gorgeous little apartment for 4 years now. I work at Brighton Dome two days a week. I am also a yoga teacher and reiki practitioner, there are times when I will use the living space to see clients or run workshops both in the day time and maybe one two evenings or weekends afternoon per week, at these times this will take priority in the living room (this is reflected in the rent). So, I would prefer to share with someone who doesn't regularly WFH (more than 2 days a week).

My other interests include art, exploring nature, yoga, tarot reading, and also things like sharing a good tv show or checking out a new restaurant or cafe. This year I completed my Yoga teacher training.

I would love to live with a sociable flatmate, someone to share meals with a couple of nights a week, or heading out every now and then. As the flat is compact, it's important that we have a conscious and kind attitude to sharing the space, and can get on well. I also like having friends over for food from time to time, its a social place, but not a party place, or a crash pad.

Importantly, I am vegetarian would really like to live with someone who won't bring meat or fish products into the flat.
