We’re looking for a third housemate to move into a lovely house in Kemptown. The available room is the first floor, garden-facing room, and is fully furnished with double bed, TV, wardrobe and built in shelves. The house is clean, modern, and well-maintained—ideal for someone who values a peaceful and comfortable living environment. The landlord has previously been living in the house so it has been kept to a very high standard.

Myself and my friend Firas (pictured), both junior doctors working at the County Hospital. We moved to Brighton in August and are still exploring what the city has to offer. We’re friendly and enjoy socialising, and also appreciate quiet downtime, especially after long shifts. We have not yet moved into the property but will by the 30th November.

The room is available for £820pm and does not include bills or council tax. Street parking is available with Zone C permit.
