Peaceful & Spacious Kemptown Home, Furnished

I will be travelling for 12 months from January 17th. My home is available during this time for a minimum of six months and a maximum of 12 months and is fully furnished. I am looking for a single person or couple (could be 2 close friends) to rent the space and take care of my plant babies :) The cost is £1325 including council tax and WiFi. This is a beautiful and very spacious 2 bedroom home located near Marmalade café in the quiet end of Kemptown. The house sits behind a church and is quite peaceful outside as well as in. If you are interested in a space that feels calm, and nurturing this is the place for you :)

The bedrooms are both EXTREMELY spacious double rooms with all furniture (in photos). The rest of the house is fully furnished with an equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower and a washing machine. Downstairs consists of a storage area (room for a bike if you have one). The living space is upstairs (2 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, VERY large living area, and roof terrace off of the biggest bedroom). There is central heating throughout.

The house sits behind a church and is quite peaceful outside as well as in. I have lived here for 4 years and in that time this place has become a lovely home. I have made close friends with my neighbours and we all enjoy having a quiet calm environment to come home to. It will not be possible to have parties here.

I am clean and tidy and am looking for someone who equally enjoys taking care of their surroundings and creating a peaceful space around them. This feels very important for me. I hope that you will have a love for plants as I will be asking for you to take care of mine during the time that you are here xx

The cost of this flat is £1325 per month. Both council tax and WIFI are included within the price. Electricity, gas and water are not included. You will be responsible for these bills, payable at the end of each month. I will ask for a security deposit to hold the flat.
