I am looking for someone to replace me as a tenant of this property as soon as possible. The flat is lovely, and so are the housemates, who are all students. I have had to move out so the room is empty and ready to move someone else in! It is located In Kemptown and is a few minutes from the seafront and there is a bus stop right outside that takes you straight to the Brighton University campuses. The flat has a large kitchen and living room, Two toilets and is located close to major supermarkets.
