Kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

First floor: 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with loo, basin, bath and separate shower.

Second floor: 3rd double bedroom and roof terrace at the back of the house.

Heating: Gas combination boiler for hot water and central heating.
