Large double available in three bed house share

Hey, we have a very big double room becoming available in our laid back, friendly house share in Kemptown. Love this house and hopefully this could be an ideal home for someone for the next year or so.

The house is really homely, bright and welcoming and we're looking for a friendly new house mate to join us. Tenancy will be a years joint tenancy with a 6 month break clause all done directly with a friendly landlord, no agency involved thankfully.

It's based on a quiet street near the hospital in Kemptown, so great location, only 2 minutes from the beach, one minute from pubs and cafes, and one minute from a little woods. It has a big lounge with an open fireplace, separate kitchen, big garden with a fire pit for summer bbqs, a garage, and a free parking space (we currently rent this out to reduce overall bills).

You'll share the house with two friendly people. I'm doing a full time PhD and part time carpentry course and work from home or in a library. I like to hike, run, yoga, martial arts, cinema, gym board games, pint now and again, cook etc.

Charlotte works in wildlife regeneration, she likes to salsa, BJJ, camping in her van, hiking, gardening etc. She will move around the same time as the new housemate. We're looking to make a home where we can eat together sometimes, watch a film, or go to the pub, but also be independent and respectful of each other's space.

Please feel free to give me a shout with any questions or to arrange a viewing. All bills come to around £100 max a month (sometimes a lot less depending on how much we get from the parking space rental). There is some flexibility on move in date after 19th Sept.
