2-3 month let in beautiful, homely three bed

Hey, this is for a short term let in a friendly home in Kemptown. It's available from beginning of January to beginning of April, but I can be a bit flexible with dates. Love this house and hopefully this could be an ideal temporary arrangement for someone.

The house is really homely, bright and welcoming and we're looking for someone who wants a temporary home. It's based near the hospital in Kemptown, so great location, only 2 minutes from the beach and one minute from a little woods. It has a big lounge with an open fire, separate kitchen, big garden, some garage space, and a free parking space.

You'll share the house with two friendly guys in their early thirties. They are very chill and easy to get on with. One's a gardener from Uruguay and the other a civil servant from somewhere in middle England (he's told me lots, but still no idea) and he works from home. They'll sometimes eat together, watch a film, or get a pint but mostly independent and respectful of each other's space. Bruno likes live music, whittling, and carpentry, while Toby likes all things outdoors and fitness. Both keen on the pub or cinema now and again.
