The flat is on the second floor, has a shared open-plan kitchen and living area with beautiful views. It’s a minutes’ walk from the bus stop which has regular buses to all parts of Brighton. Off licence just across the road, garage round the corner and a beautiful café a couple of minutes away. Also 5 minutes from the sea!

You’d be living with myself, a female 24 year old and Caro, a non-binary 22 year old. We are chilled, friendly and clean. We both do shift work and our schedules vary. We like to have a tea and chat however we are very independent and won’t be in your business. Looking for a chilled, considerate housemate to take over this sun-lit bedroom.

The room is unfurnished, so you’ll need your own bed! Old tenant is keen to sell her double-bedframe which remains in the room, so let us know if you’d like to keep it. No contract as it is a sublet, however the landlord is chilled and knows that we are subletting, so there’ll be no funny business. We can even introduce you! Move-in asap, and you can sublet it until the end of our contract which lasts until September.
