Double room in lovely Kemptown flat

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of the month and I'm looking for someone to continue the contract with, for an initial 6 months to begin with. I'm a 27 year old doctor and I'm looking for someone clean, friendly and sociable to share the place with and hopefully make a new friend.

The flat is fully furnished including sofas, a TV, 2 fridges, washing machines, dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. The available room has a queen sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and is a good size (around 3.5*3.5m). Pretty much everything in the photos comes with the place .The flat itself is the first floor of a townhouse with lovely tall ceilings and a really nice shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and there is a shared garden/patio between the flats in our building.

It is a 2 minute walk from the beach, and around a 10 minute walk from the city centre and Royal Sussex County Hospital. Bus stops, supermarket and other shops, the gym etc are all a short walk away.

Council Tax Band B. Parking is on the street with a permit but this didn't take long to sort out when we moved in initially. WiFi is already set up and is £35/month in total. Bills and council tax in total is around £120ppm and rent is £775ppm (£1550./month split evenly as the two bedrooms are identically sized).
