En-suite double room available, seafront apartmen

Double & En-suite. Rent is £850/month, excluding bills, with an estimated total of £1,100/month. Deposit is paid and already with TDS, so upfront is required. Or half in first month and half in second month, if passing referencing with the agency. : ) and I feel confident about it. Renewal of tenency from the 5th of the month, however there is flexibility with moving in date 😊.

Looking for someone clean, organised, kind and disciplined. Understandable of healthy barriers. Preferably someone that is not in a couple visiting and sleeping over every weekends. I travel quite a bit so I am away at times for a fortnight and sometimes longer.
Dinner 🎉 parties or cosey wine 🍷 evenings are the style of this home, rather than crowds and parties :) Apartment also has a lovely chimney in the living.

Apartment is few minutes walk to the seafront.
