Short-Term Room In Family Home In Kemptown

We have a spare room available from 15/03/25 until 07/05/25 (might be longer) in a family home in Kempt town. It’s beautiful four story house (kitchen, dinning room, living room and 3 bedrooms). I share with my teenage sons. Its very communal vibes, lots of shared meals and hanging out in evenings. Would suit someone who looking for homely base, while maybe looking for somewhere long term or moving through Brighton.

Room: double attic room with double mattress but otherwise unfurnished, but lots of storage one built in cupboard and shelving and extra attic storage. It could be furnished with a double bed and chest of draws if needed.

Place to put bikes at the front. Rest of the house is fully furnished.

He house is clean and tidy, have lot of house plants. The house is quite during the day so good for working from home.
