The room is in a quiet well maintained house with friendly people.
Ample shared bathroom facilities.
The rent is £650 per calendar month.
The only bill you will ever need to pay is the electricity which is paid online via a credit card.
Usual six month agreement, renewable.
The rent is payable monthly in advance on the first of the month.
